I add 1/2 to 1 capful to my ice water I sip on during the day to help with cholesterol as well as to add zing to my water. I especially like it with the bergamot juice and a lemon wedge. This bergamot juice tastes fresh and like a combination of sweet and bitter lime. I enjoy it and hope to reap the natural benefits. I’m confident it would also be a good addition to tea as well, which I’ll probably try when the weather gets cooler. It was a little on the pricey side, but a little goes a long way and it’s worth it to me.It has a unique taste. Its not nasty but it's not good either. Overall I think it has the vitamins needed to keep my immune system in check and provide over nutrients. I tried in water was too strong. I also tried in cranberry juice and it was a little better.Great for anyone with high Cholesterol! Two tablespoons daily for three months and go back to the Dr. to retest and see the difference in the cholesterol numbers!I feel a lot better and much more energy.So far I have mixed this with sparkling water. It has a different taste but is refreshing. Can't comment further since I've only had it twice.Taste sharp but gentle, add sparkling mineral water, a definite winner! I shall be back to order more!!! Addendum: I have found I have the same reaction to the juice as to the essential oil (which I knew about) and its use in the sun, I am blistered and burnt and so shall not be having any more ... but it tastes beautifully citrus.Nice but expensiveI had these on auto purchase 5 at a time until it became a drag to open the bottles. You need a special tool, I just couldn't deal with it anymore. Also, each time the auto purchase kicked in, it would ask me for my address again, and credit card number, something very strange about this product. I was using it as a lemon juice replacement in my salad dressings, it was ok, but the cap's design is what killed it for me. And the price, it's not cheap.I love citrus, but finding limes or lime juice not from Mexico is hard here. This product seems to be top-notch quality and tastes like Key Lime juice, if not better. My family member who gets mouth blisters from all citrus except lime did not get blisters from this either. Will be using as a lime replacement in recipes. Yes it's expensive, but paying for quality is worth it to me.beim ersten Anlauf war das Päckchen leer, sodass ich die Annahme verweigert habe, beim 2 Anlauf kam es an, aber leider ist das Glas beim aufschrauben der Flasche abgebrochen und zersplittert, die Hälfte war in dem Deckel festgepappt. Ich verstehe zwar nicht wie das passieren konnte da ja kein Zucker enthalten ist, aber vielleicht wurde per Anlage der Deckel zu fest angeschraubt. Bilder habe ich auf dem Handy gemacht, weiß nicht wie ich die hier drauf kriege
