My hair has been thinning for a while and not sure if it was from my hypothyroid or just age. They did a full work-up thyroid and adjusted my Synthroid but the hair loss didn't slow. It was recommended I start taking Biotin, Saw Palmetto, and keratine for my hair loss. I found these and it had everything my Dr and friends recommended in one and would cost less than when I looked at buying them individually.I have been taking them for 4 months now. Though the first month and a half I wasn't as consistent as I should be. Though I my hair loss did slow during that time. It was down to a more normal person's hair shedding level. I was finding less hair in my brush than my teenage daughters on a daily basis instead of clumps coming out in the shower, after the shower, and every time I brushed. (thankfully I started with a lot of hair). I was happy at that point and didn't honestly expect any regrowth. I would keep taking it just to prevent any more hair loss. Though I have noticed new hairs sprouting up in the areas on both sides of my forehead where the hairline had receded. I hair was blonde most of my life until my first pregnancy. Then started coming in darker with the hormones/age. This new growth is coming in as blonde as my youth so I didn't even notice them until they got long enough to stick up.It is slow and small numbers of hairs. Will more start to grow, I don't know.
