I'll recommend pill form easy to take no mess . I found this product dnt mix wellI got this as I’ve read all the hype about the benefits of collegian…and my nails have grown so long. These are my natural nails and people think they’re fake. My nails are usually brittle and dry. It makes me think if my nails look good, this must be doing other amazing things to the rest of my body in ways I can’t see. I honestly didn’t get this to grow my nails and hair, but, this is what I can visibly notice. I had to schedule a hair appointment as I color my roots and I’ve had so much hair growth I can’t keep up with my roots.My only complaint with this brand is it doesn’t really mix or dissolve all that well, it’s a bit on the grainy side and you can see it leave a bit on the side of your cup/mixer/etc.Works well, but makes me grow hair very fast everywhere. Stop using because I don’t want hair on my chiny chin chin & furry arms.I do believe it helps my hair and nails and the flavor is pretty good on its own but I usually blend in either bananas, strawberries or blueberries.It does not thicken up and that may be OK because I know it doesn’t have fillers in it but I prefer a thicker “shake”.Other than the fact that it’s watery, It does the job and I would definitely order it againBest value on creatine, I searched for the best product and value in different stores and websites and this one is the best by far.It arrived with seal broken, the replace option does not work, never did get it replaced,Good price!!Received it with solid powder stuck around the lid, the sealing foil inside was was damaged and apparently leaking which caught moisture and solidified.
