I like the variety of lights that are offered in this 1 mask & that you don't need to move a handpiece around your face to get the result. When I received the mask the blue light was sometimes turning pink and a couple of other lights were switching back and forth between other colours so I notified the company and they promptly responded and dealt with the issue by sending me a new control panel at no charge. Since then I haven't had any issues with the mask and it works just fine. I find the level 3 pretty strong and tingles a bit so have been mainly leaving on level 2 but it's overall a nice level of warmth. My only other critique is that the eye pieces tend to put a bit of pressure around the eye and can be a bit uncomfortable so sometimes I have to put a small piece of tissue on my eyes to protect them a bit more.I've only been using it consistently for a few weeks so I can't say yet if it has been extremely effective for my acne but will continue to keep using it as I feel it does relax me after a long day of work and it's the best option for at-home LED use.Overall happy with the product and service from the company!
