I ended up in the hospital with arsenic poisoning after taking Code Age Multi Collagen for five months. It tastes a lot better, too, without the fish collagen. It's not quite tasteless but the slight taste is not unpleasant at all. It also mixes very well in liquid.As to effects, I am getting the same ones I got with Code Age, tightening skin, wrinkles reducing and elimination of joint pain, which I mostly was starting to feel in my neck and back.
