This is very neutral tasting- not covered up in fake flavors or sweetener. Easy to get used to. It has the vitamin C I need, and has the bonus of minerals that keep muscle cramps at bay. Another bonus to the minerals, (probably mostly the magnesium) is a very predictable and easy morning routine. ? I don’t travel without it. Grateful for this product.
