It took a few orders before I noticed an improvement in my hair and nails.I believe I already see some differences in my facial wrinkle lines and sagging. It’s just hard to decide what to mix melon flavor in. And in cooler fluids it clumps, I’d suggest doing a stir in a small amount of warm water, then add to a cold beverage !It's only been 3 days, but so far so good. I'm excited to see all the goodness this collagen gives me. It tastes great, like Mellon but mild. Mixes easily, and is budget friendly. I'd been looking for a Marine collagen and found FOUNDATION in an article where it was rated #3. It contains both Marine and bovine collagen. I will repurchase this product.Thought the powder would blend in water well, it really didn't too much. Feel a little better, kind of missed some days using product. It is okay.Ok, I think if the marine collagen & the spirulina were removed this product would be better... There's no way to get past the fishy smell when you bring your cup to your face, even if you drink with a straw. It doesn't completely dissolve, either, and the water seems to have a slimy quality/film to it. There's always some weird residue inside the cup, too. It doesn't taste too too bad, but the smack with the fishy smell overpowers the subtly sweet taste. I have to chug it to get it down. If I have to do that, there's a good chance I won't keep up with it daily. I'll *try* to finish this bag, and see if this results are worth it...The flavor was not good to me. Very hard to get mixed up. I had bought 2 and wanted to return 1 because I knew I would never want to mix it up after trying to get through the 1St bag of this product.Ok so it does smell a little bit like the ocean, which does not enhance the flavor. But when I use a small necked plastic water bottle, I get all the benefits without the quirky smell and then the flavor works great. It has all the stuff in it you want, so it's worth it.I order this product after seeing it on a list of the five best collagen products. I thought I'd enjoy the melon flavor, but it was too sweet for me. That's my problem...many things are too sweet, too salty, too much garlic etc. In fact I've gone off diet soda pop because it is too sweet. So, I do believe it is a good product for people with normal taste buds. I wish I could continue to use it. A friend is going to try it using my package so it won't go to waste.
