Don't miss out.The flavor of this is a lemonade flavor, and I like that it's sugar free, but... it's a very strong flavor. I may try diluting it in water as I've just been tossing it directly in my mouth with a tbsp measuring spoon. The flavor is kind of an intense fake lemon flavor, like the lemon flavored magnesium laxatives where you drink the whole bottle. That's what it reminds me of.For the taste, I'm rating this very high. The lemon-lime flavor is actually very tasty. I measured it out and a dosage fits in the cap.I am about halfway through the bottle so there has been minimal effect, but I do see where my nails are getting harder. Because of this, I have no doubt there will be future changes in my hair and skin.Most products like this take 4-6 months of usage to see full results. I actually thought that it was pretty flavorless, despite being advertised as having a lemon-lime flavor. I usually put about a tablespoon in my coffee in the morning along with my flavored almond milk creamer, and didn't notice a major difference in taste. I've experienced many benefits from liquid silica, including improved hair and nail quality, and lessened joint pain.
