My mom gave this to me as a gift. I'm running low so purchased on here. I think it helps with the puffiness...at least better than any of the other eye creams I've tried (60 y.o.). It's light, like other reviewers have said. It rarely leaves a caked up line (others will). It spreads smooth and dries nicely even if you over apply. It feels cool to the eye as well, so that's welcoming. For the price it's decent. And the pump/packaging is efficient. Try it!
